Fruit from Duarte Vineyards in El Dorado County.  Our first effort at Pinot Noir Rose.  Fermented in stainless steel.  This wine is done in the frizzante style, an Italian production technique where CO2 is added.  The wine has a subtle carbonation that gives it lift and makes it crisp and refreshing. Aromas of ripe strawberry, flavors of strawberry and cantaloupe.  We drink this rose year-round with anything or nothing at all.
